About this event

Āmik pimosēwin (Path of the Beaver) highlights beaver teachings of animalistic behaviour with explanations of beaver dam construction. These teachings have evolved from observation and Indigenous ways of knowing.

Albert Scott from Kinistin Saulteaux Nation brings inherited knowledge to his role as Culture and Language Coordinator for the Saskatoon Tribal Council. His passion is to share his knowledge and the teachings of creation.

Dawn Pratt(Msc. Chemistry) from Muscowpetung Saulteax Nation brings over 20 years of science outreach, instruction, academic transition and industry experience to her role as inSTEM Content Coordinator with Actua. She has a passion for hands-on teaching and learning.
